Hi, I’m Alex — and I started Cunningham and Country with one goal in mind: to do estate agency differently.
After over a decade in the industry, I knew the corporate model wasn’t right for me — or for the people it’s meant to serve.
Big chains too often treat homes like numbers, and communities like postcodes. That’s not us.
Cunningham and Country is proudly independent, built right here in the heart of the SK6 community. I grew up here, I’m raising my family here, and I care deeply about helping local people move well — whether they’re buying, selling, letting or renting.
